The position's responsibilities include:
Maintain and support customers who are using/operating programmable controllers
Remote and hands-on support
Working with Customer Support HQ on troubleshooting and improvements
Solving technical problems across multiple technologies

Requirements:
Education and Experience Required:
5 years of experience with customer support must
Field experience with programmable controllers - must
Knowledge of poultry/agriculture farming and farm management - Must
Education and experience in computers, networks, IT, and electronics - advantage
Linux knowledge is an advantage

Knowledge and Skills Required:
Team player
Fluent English is a must. Other languages are an advantage
Ability to work on multi-disciplinary equipment within a complex environment
Ability to work in a global support organization
High Troubleshooting capabilities to diagnose complex technical problems
Ability to independently complete solution implementations
