About the Role
The successful BI developer will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence systems and solutions. As a BI developer, you will design, develop and implement business requirements into actionable insights that will serve multiple organizational stakeholders. This position offers an opportunity to build insightful data solutions in a rich data environment over modern big data technologies.

Transform business requirements into BI solutions by collaborating with data scientists, business analysts, senior managers, and other organizational stakeholders.
Build end-to-end data flows and data enrichment processes.
Create dashboards based on best practices and support users across the organization
Become a focal point for all data-related matters in the organization.
Monitor and tune BI systems for optimal performance and scalability.
Support and train end-users to maximize the effectiveness of BI solutions.

Proficient in SQL
Proficient in DWH methodologies and best practices.
Experience with ETL\ELT Solutions (e.g., DBT, Airflow, Riveri)
Great analysis abilities, energetic and fast learning with "make it happen" approach.
Excellent teamwork skills
Capacity to multitask and prioritize effectively, thriving in high-pressure environments
Independent and self-motivated
Great communication skills

Hands-on work experience with Python or other programming languages
