Provide strategic and technical leadership for cloud-native cybersecurity solutions, with a focus on high performance, scalability, big data analytics, and resilient networking.
Build and lead high-performing engineering teams, consisting of managers and senior individual contributors across multiple geographies.
Set organizational goals aligned with business and technology roadmaps; define tactical execution plans and success metrics.
Ensure the delivery of complex, secure, and scalable cloud applications and services with high availability and performance standards.
Drive engineering excellence through modern software development practices, cloud DevOps, automation, and security-by-design methodologies.
Collaborate closely with product management, program management, architecture, security teams, and customer success to ensure alignment on priorities and technical direction.
Oversee vendor and outsourcing relationships, ensuring quality deliverables and strategic collaboration.
Foster a culture of innovation, operational excellence, collaboration, and continuous learning across the organization.
Identify and drive continuous improvement programs across engineering processes, system quality, and customer outcomes.
Provide career development, coaching, and mentorship for the leadership team and broader engineering organization.
