We are looking for a Junior Legal Counsel to join our growing legal team. In this role, you will support a wide range of legal activities across the companys global operations - from commercial contracts and corporate matters to labor law, intellectual property, compliance, and more. This is an exciting opportunity for a junior lawyer looking to build a career in a dynamic, high-impact environment, working closely with senior stakeholders and helping shape next phase of growth.
Responsibilities
Support the review, drafting, and negotiation of a broad range of commercial agreements, including service agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs, and partnership agreement.
Assist with corporate legal matters across international entities, including company secretarial tasks and regulatory compliance.
Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, finance and delivery, to provide practical legal support on day-to-day issues.
Help develop and implement internal policies, templates, and legal processes.
Grow into a trusted internal resource for legal questions across the company.

Requirements:
Qualified attorney in Israel
12 years of post-internship experience from a commercial, high-tech, corporate or M&A department of a leading law firm or as in-house counsel.
Strong interest in commercial and tech-related legal matters.
Excellent analytical and drafting skills, with high attention to detail.
Fluent in both Hebrew and English (spoken and written) required.
A team player with strong communication and collaboration skills, eager to learn and grow.
