Track status of project deliverables and milestones in collaboration with the delivery teams (R D, PM)
Multidisciplinary project management
Ensure that projects and programs are run in a standardized way
Manage dependencies across multiple projects
Implement and maintain project management tools
Improve existing project management policies and processes and develop new ones
Prepare reports for upper management regarding the status of the project.
Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles that occur
Be the point of contact for communications with interfaces
Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each milestone

Requirements:
B.Sc. degree specializing in Computers science or software engineering - Advantage
Experience in a Multidisciplinary Project Management
Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Organized, detail-oriented, analytic and driven to produce results
Able to work well under pressure
Excellent verbal written communication skills in both Hebrew and English
Excellent communication and servant leadership skills
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability
Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts (Definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement, etc.) - Advantage
