We are looking for a Machine Learning (ML) Application Engineering team lead to drive the development of cutting-edge reference applications in Computer Vision and Large Language Models (LLMs).
As a team lead, you'll manage a group of four talented engineers, guiding the design and implementation of robust ML pipelines used for both internal benchmarking and customer-facing solutions.
What Youll Do:
- Lead and mentor a team of 4 ML engineers focused on individual application areas.
- Design and implement end-to-end ML pipelines, from research to deployment.
- Collaborate with R D and engineering teams to benchmark ML models on proprietary hardware platforms.
- Oversee performance evaluations, ensuring solutions are optimized for real-world use.
- Ensure synchronization across team members and drive project delivery.

3+ years of experience leading ML teams in a production environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Python and frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Proven ability to take ML models from open-source code to production deployment.
Familiarity with performance evaluation tools for hardware/software platforms.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and communication skills.
BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
3+ years of experience leading ML teams in a production environment.
