Define and execute the companys quality vision, strategy, and objectives specifically for hardware products in the security systems and IoT sectors.
Oversee QA / QC for hardware products including sensors, cameras, and access control devices.
Lead quality efforts with subcontractors, ensuring compliance with standards (e.g., UL, CE, ISO 9001).
Manage supplier qualification, audits, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with R D, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure design for manufacturability.
Monitor KPIs, drive root cause analysis, and lead CAPA (Corrective and preventive action) / 8D investigations processes.
Mange HW / production related customer complaint/ SCAR, RMA and MRB (Material review board) process.
Review, approve and support products change request activities.
Oversee production quality control activities, including receivin

Requirements:
Academic Background: BSc/MSc in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
Professional Experience: 10+ years in hardware quality, 5+ years in leadership within contract manufacturing.
Deep knowledge of QA / QC tools and regulatory standards. (e.g., CE, ISO 9001).
Certified quality auditor or lead auditor for ISO 9001:2015
Strong cross-functional leadership and supplier management experience.
Proficiency in SPC, RCA, FMEA, and Six Sigma methodologies.
Experience in new product introduction (NPI) roles is advantageous.
Experience in ERP and PDM systems (e.g. Priority, Agile)
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong Proficient in English (reading, writing and speaking)
