We are looking for an experienced and highly skilled Senior Data Analyst to join our team . The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, extensive experience in data analysis, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights. This role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support strategic decision-making, improve business processes, and drive growth, with a focus on enhancing developer productivity and engineering metrics.

What You'll Do
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities.
Conduct in-depth research on industry trends and best practices to inform data strategies.
Develop, maintain, and deliver comprehensive reports to internal stakeholders and customers using data analysis and a variety of tools, including dashboards and visualizations, tailored to engineering performance metrics.
Generate actionable insights and identify opportunities for value creation across departments.
Offer data-driven recommendations to enhance engineering efficiency and improve team outcomes.
Act as a liaison between technical teams and business units to communicate findings effectively.
Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and technologies.

What You'll Do

Requirements:
A Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
At least 3 years of full-time experience in data analysis.
Strong proficiency in Python, along with experience in SQL and Google Sheets.
Strong understanding of statistical analysis, including distributions and correlations.
Expertise in data visualization and the ability to create compelling visuals to convey insights effectively.
Hands-on experience with data visualization tools and libraries such as Tableau, Plotly, Pandas, Matplotlib, and Seaborn.
Strong storytelling skills to present complex data in a clear and impactful manner to diverse audiences.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, including fluency in English.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
