Financial Management and Consulting Company that provides outsourced CFO and financial controller services to startups and international public companies listed on Nasdaq, AIM (London), TSX (Toronto), and the OTC (US) seeks a Financial Controller/Assistant to Financial Controller.
Full time position, good conditions for the appropriate candidates. The selected candidate will gain meaningful experience with a variety of Israeli and foreign publicly listed companies.
The work will be primarily as follows:
Monitoring the work of the bookkeeps (Each company has a different bookkeeper)
Preparing the quarterly and annual consolidations (exporting the tribal balances to excel and posting consolidating and closing journal entries)
Preparing/drafting Financial Statements (IFRS and USGAAP)
Preparing Cash Flow, management reports and budgeting.
Processing Bank payments.
Preparing Budge

Requirements:
Requirements: the appropriate candidates should have the following skills/requirement:
CPA after Internship and CPA exams (no post internship experience required)
University graduate
Experience in preparing/reviewing consolidated financial statements in excel and word.
Excellent excel skills
Good English (mother tongue level not required)
Knowledge of the International Financial Standards and US GAAP will be priority.
High learning curve and motivation.
Willingness working at the clients offices in the center of Israel and but primarily from home.
Ability to work additional hours occasionally in the evening hours, when necessary (calls with US/Canadian accountants/lawyers etc.)
Good interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and accuracy
