seeking a highly skilled Chemical/Polymer/Materials Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and improving materials and processes to enhance the performance and durability of our products. This is an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge projects in a an innovative environment.
Responsibilities:
Optimize Formulations and Processes: Improve product performance through new formulations and processes.
Conduct Research and Experiments: Test the properties and performance of materials to support development and innovation.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure material compatibility and integration.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data and provide detailed reports with findings and recommendations.
Material Testing and Quality Control: Manage material testing and ensure quality control procedures are followed.
Stay Current in the Field: Keep updated with the latest advancements in materials science and engineering.
Provide Technical Support:

Requirements:
Education: Bachelors degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, Materials Science, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in materials development or a related field.
Expertise in Adhesives: Experience in the development of adhesive formulations, wetting phenomena, and surface energy.
Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of structure-property relationships, processing techniques, and testing methods.
Problem-Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Teamwork and Independence: Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Software Proficiency: Proficiency in relevant software and tools for materials analysis and design.
English high level
