Were looking for a hands-on Product Growth Manager to drive new growth initiatives.
This cross-functional role blends strategy mindset, product execution and project management. Youll be responsible for running end-to-end rapid validation processes for new product concepts, coordinating between R&D, marketing, and business stakeholders.
What youll do
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay informed of industry trends and identify potential growth areas to inform product strategy.
Develop and execute growth strategies to increase customer acquisition and engagement for new product and business opportunities. Including building and managing landing pages, email campaigns, and messaging for market tests.
Translate business requirements into functional requirements and detailed wireframes.
Drive end-to-end execution of innovation projects with a strong MVP mindset, ensuring timely progress, clear priorities and supervising design, development, launch, and post-launch analysis.
Analyze test results and iterate ideas based on real user feedback.

Requirements:
5 years of experience in product management, growth, or a similar cross-functional role.
Strong can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and frequent context shifts.
Hands-on experience in go-to-market and product growth roles, such as launching new products, optimizing user acquisition funnels, driving engagement and retention strategies, and collaborating with marketing and sales to scale adoption.
Proven track record with unlocking real product market fit for consumer / business products
Product management experience in fast-growing or startup companies.
Bachelors degree in Industrial Engineering/ Computer Science/ Economics, or a related field. a plus.
5 years of experience in product management, growth, or a similar cross-functional role.
Strong can-do attitude and entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity and frequent context shifts.
