You will need to manage multiple pipelines simultaneously and maintain a seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. How is your day going to look? What you will be doing?
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, youll be joining our TLV Talent Team. Here's what you will be doing:
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment process from position kickoff through sourcing, conducting HR interviews, and closing candidates.
Relationship Building: Develop strong working relationships with hiring teams, understand their business needs, and build trust with business leaders.
Sense of Urgency: Demonstrate a bias for action and resilience in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Sourcing Expertise: Dive deep into sourcing strategies, including crafting compelling messages, providing feedback, and addressing biases.
Data Utilization: Use data to create recruiting narratives and make informed decisions.
Collaboration: Work cross-departmentally, driving initiatives and solving problems with demanding hiring managers.
Negotiation and Closing: Employ effective negotiation and closing tactics to secure top talent.
Process Improvement: Initiate and enhance hiring processes, directly impacting the company's success.

7+ years as an end-to-end recruiter in a tech company, including sourcing, interviewing, to closing for all departments.
Proven ability to ensure an exceptional candidate experience from the first message throughout the interviews to closing.
Biased for data-driven decisions - experience in keeping track of processes while backing up decisions with relevant data
Diversity focus
Excellent communication skills; proven ability to effectively collaborate with senior business leaders and other team members
