Senior Product Manager

Were currently seeking a talented product manager who will lead and grow one of the mission-critical areas of our platform: Complex Trades. This domain focuses on the unique needs of specific field service verticals that typically have broader and more sophisticated requirements to run their business.

In this role, youll perform continuous user research to understand the needs of this domain, identify and deliver impactful solutions, and measure and iterate based on your defined KPIs.

So, what will you be doing all day?

Work with our customers to understand their needs, pain points, and motivations
Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to optimize product experiences and boost customer engagement and retention
Create and implement a product roadmap to address customer needs and business goals
Lead a cross-functional team to execute on the product roadmap
Identify and measure product impact using Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Manage trade-offs among short/long-term objectives, customer experience and technical debt
