We are right in the middle of our product, which means a lot of responsibility, high-quality features, and interesting challenges, but mainly, a lot of impact.

Responsibilities

Join core activities, contributing to impactful data development and insights retrieval projects.

Collaborate closely with domain experts and developers to enhance data-driven features.

Own and manage data features throughout their lifecycle, including design, implementation, monitoring, and iteration.

Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team and the company, promoting a data-driven approach.

Requirements:
6+ years of HO experience working with Machine Learning models and algorithms

Proficient in Python (data-oriented)

Experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable and efficient data pipelines & models.

Proficient in SQL

Strong collaborative and team-oriented mindset.

Nice to have: Familiarity with Spark, Streamlit, DBT, agents platforms, airflow

Bonus - proven track record of customer-facing impact
