Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures.
Inspect, TEST, and analyze products to ensure compliance with standards.
Identify defects and recommend corrective actions.
Work with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain documentation, including reports and quality control records.
Train employees on quality standards and procedures.
Collaborate with suppliers to maintain quality in raw materials and components.
Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for quality issues.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree in engineering, quality management, or a related field. a CQE/CQM certificate. An advantage
Experience in Quality Assurance or manufacturing processes.
Knowledge of quality standards such as ISO 9001, Six Sigma, or Lean Manufacturing.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in quality testing tools and software.
Attention to detail and a commitment to continuous improvement.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English & Hebrew
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
