As the Director Global Financial Systems, you will be leading a newly formed group within our Corporate Services Organization. This group is the cornerstone in Nices Business Application Fanicinal Support. This group is comprised of finance, accounting and business professionals that will work closely with the Corporate IT application group and our finance, accounting, FP&A and procurement groups. With a new ERP system in place and a roadmap for additional future implementations, the person leading the group will have the opportunity to design, manage, support and enhance our business finance applications
How Do you make an impact?
Designing and implementing processes around our ERP and related systems, collecting business requirements and information around gaps and defects
Be the Trail Blazer around the process for new ERP releases and system enhancements
Drive and foster cross functional collaboration between IT and other corporate finance groups
Ensure adherence to BKMs, Out of Box functionality and system and process optimization
Support key processes around period close, SEC filing, budget and FP&A analysis, including dashboards and advance reporting
Support future system and application adoption and implementation
How Do you make an impact?

Requirements:
5-7 years of hands-on experience in system and application implementation and management
Ability to manage a team of 3 to 5 individuals
Accounting and Finance background (CPA is preferred)
Experience with Cloud base ERP and other systems and application like Oracle cloud, Workday and SAP
Knowledge in Quote-2-Cash Processes and systems
Ability to partner and bring together different teams, with focus on speed, simplicity and decision optimization
5-7 years of hands-on experience in system and application implementation and management
Ability to manage a team of 3 to 5 individuals

Knowledge in Quote-2-Cash Processes and systems
