You'll have the room to grow, the flexibility to balance life with work, and the opportunity to better health worldwide, together.How You’ll Spend Your DayLeverage AI capabilities into FP&A work routines such as planning, consolidation review, variance analysis, narrative creation and to reduce manual effortsConduct and analyze Teva's spend base and operating expenses, building a managerial dashboard and creating reports which support decision-making, while presenting to senior managementAnalyzing and monitoring the company’s Cost of Labor and headcount while highlighting significant trends and becoming an important and active member within the finance departmentLeading the allocations process in various FP&A cycles throughout the year (estimate, annual operating plan)Leading ongoing routines within the FP&A department with emphasis on optimization, efficiency and "out of the box" thinkingWork closely with our GBS team and manage their relevant deliverablesAd-hoc support to various business and top management within the companyEstablish and maintain new financial methods/models to ensure continuously quality and improved analysisManage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while preparing quality and comprehensive dataYour Skills and Experience1-3 years of proven experienceBachelor’s Degree in Economics/Accounting. MBA - advantageStrong analytical mindset & skills, attention to details and bias for actionStrong team player with a track record of collaboration and influenceMS Excel and PowerPoint, Copilot, Claude experience and Skills – mustFamiliarity with SAC (SAP Analytic Cloud) / BI tools - highly preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English at a senior levelWorking abilities in a global environment with many interfacesDemonstrated ability to understand the business needs and how financial choices impact their business.How We’ll Take Care of YouAt Teva, better health starts from within, and that includes you.
