we are seeking an experienced Android team lead! The ideal candidate will lead the development of our cutting-edge Android applications, driving technical excellence and fostering a culture of innovation within the team. Responsibilities:
* Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our Android applications
* Manage a team of Android developers, providing mentorship and guidance
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features
* Ensure code quality, performance, and security of the Android applications
* Stay updated with the latest Android technologies and best practices
* Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions
* Contribute to the overall Product Strategy and roadmap
* Lead the design, development, and maintenance of our Android applications
* Manage a team of Android developers, providing mentorship and guidance
* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to define and implement new features
* Ensure code quality, performance, and security of the Android applications
* Stay updated with the latest Android technologies and best practices
* Participate in code reviews and architectural discussions

* 5+ years of experience in Android development
* 2+ years of experience in a leadership role
* Strong knowledge of Kotlin and JAVA
* Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and related tools
* Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON
* Understanding of software design patterns and architecture (e.g., MVVM, Clean Architecture)
* Experience with version control systems (preferably Git)
* Knowledge of fintech industry and related regulations is a plus
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
