As the R&D Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of R&D projects from inception to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, facilitating communication between R&D teams and other departments, managing resources effectively, and ensuring that projects align with our strategic objectives, are delivered on time.
Responsibilities:
Support Release Health, being the guardian of delivery commitments, optimizing resources to achieve defined scope within sprint and release timelines. Observe, guide, and ensure adherence of SCRUM Ceremonies to ensure R&D deliverables meet timeline commitments, addressing scope/timeline changes. Identify operational risks and bottlenecks transforming them into actionable mitigation plans with clear ownership and deadlines. Facilitate Communication between R&D teams and other departments, cultivating conversations that create alignment on scope, timelines, ownership, and dependencies. Participate in developing and implementing release management processes and methodologies bringing consistency and efficiency to operational activities. Contribute to data-driven decision making by developing data visualization and tracking release metrics that provide visibility into release health. Create and Maintain Release Documentation developing comprehensive plans, status reports, and process guidelines.

Requirements:
* 3+ years experience in software development project management using both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum methodologies and best practices.
* Experience working within software development environments and with SDLC processes.
* Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
* 1+ proven experience as Jira Administrator, capable of configuring workflows, automation, permissions, dashboards and advanced JQL queries to effectively support development operation.
* Experience with project/release management tools (Gants, EazyBI and etc.)
* Advanced Excel skills (proven experience working with complex formulas and charts).
* Experience with implementing of new processes or adjusting an existing process.
* Experience creating data visualizations and reports for performance analysis.
* Familiarity with DevOps practices and teams, CI/CD pipelines and deployment processes.
