Main Duties:
Lead the Design transfer from R D to production
ECO initiation and management
Provide DFM DFA inputs into the design process
Subcontractors management
Lead problem solving teams tasks
Preform lead root cause analysis within the company
Focal point for business unit, production others within the organization for all Engineering activities within the platform
Required Qualifications:
Mechanical / Electrical Engineer
3 years experience in multidisciplinary companies
Experience in supporting production lines.
Experience in SolidWorks
Problems solving experience - must
Team player
Multitasking
Good communicational skills in English and Hebrew- Verbal, writing, reading
Experience in medical device companies - an advantage
Organizational: capable of working in dynamic global environment
