What you will do?
Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of Salesforce and other business applications to support business growth.
Lead new projects through the entire lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, training, and documentation.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for the GTM team, providing insights and training on system best practices.
Ensure high standards of data integrity and quality across CRM and business applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective use of CRM tools.

Requirements:
2-4 years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, including Flows, Validations, Permission Model, and Reporting mandatory.
Familiarity with business applications such as Dealhub, Outreach, Zoominfo, and Zendesk
Strong understanding of the sales process and pricing systems.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to evaluate data and processes.
Proven ability to translate business processes into effective system designs.
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams and stakeholders.
