What you will do?
Manage and optimize the day-to-day operations of Salesforce and other business applications to support business growth.
Lead new projects through the entire lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, training, and documentation.
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for the GTM team, providing insights and training on system best practices.
Ensure high standards of data integrity and quality across CRM and business applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective use of CRM tools.
