We are seeking a strategic and data-driven Director of Business Analytics to lead our analytics initiatives and elevate how we leverage data across the company.
This role combines leadership, cross-functional partnership, and hands-on data analysis. Youll work closely with the VP of Business Operations and executive stakeholders to define KPIs, surface insights, and steer the business with clear, data-backed decisions.
You will directly manage our BI expert and own the analytics roadmap, ensuring delivery of impactful dashboards and scalable reporting solutions.
What You Will Do:
Define and lead the company-wide analytics strategy and roadmap
Translate business questions into structured analysis and deliver insights to key stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and grow the BI function (starting with direct management of our in-house BI expert)
Oversee the creation and evolution of dashboards, ensuring data is accurate, usable, and actionable
Work closely with Product, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success to support decision-making
Build and automate reporting processes that support our executive and operational needs
Maintain a strong understanding of our data architecture and actively contribute to improving it.

Requirements:
7+ years in business analytics, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
Proven experience building analytics functions and leading BI professionals
Hands-on ability to extract, analyze, and visualize data using tools like SQL, Tableau/Power BI, or similar
Strong business acumen; able to translate data into narrative
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience working in a fast-paced, scaling tech company preferred.
