We are seeking an innovative and strategic Vice President of Research Development (R D) to lead our
R D efforts for our digital wellbeing and parental control app. As the VP of R D, you will be responsible for advancing our technological frameworks and ensuring the successful delivery of highly reliable and scalable products. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological vision and driving the development of our app using PHP, React.js, and other emerging technologies.

You will play a pivotal role in shaping the technological vision and driving the development of our app using PHP, React.js, and other emerging technologies.
Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in software development with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
Strong proficiency with PHP and React.js and proven experience developing consumer-facing applications.
Experience in native mobile technologies ( IOS, Android ) - significant advantage
Demonstrated success in leading R D teams through complex technical projects from concept to completion.
Experience in cross border management of remote teams
Excellent problem-solving skills and strategic thinking capabilities.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
