Technical Leadership in System Design:
Oversee the technical characterization, system design, and architecture of radar-based electronic systems.
Drive innovation and efficiency in system design processes, ensuring optimal performance, reliability, and scalability.
Lead the development of architectural frameworks and technical roadmaps to align with project and organizational goals.
Team Management & Development:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of system architects, creating a collaborative and growth-oriented environment.
Set clear team goals, manage workloads, and ensure high-quality deliverables within project timelines.
Promote knowledge sharing, best practices, and continuous improvement within the team.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with R&D, project management, and other engineering disciplines to align system architecture with product requirements and project milestones.

Requirements:
Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering or a relevant field.
Experience:
Previous experience in Radar Systems engineering is required.
Minimum of 8 years of experience as a System Engineer with a strong background in system architecture.
Proven experience leading technical teams in multidisciplinary environments.
Hands-on R&D experience in RF, board design, or algorithm development is an advantage.
Experience in the defense industry is an advantage.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of complex multidisciplinary systems, including software, hardware and algorithms.
Familiarity with RF systems is a major advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Soft Skills:
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and team-building abilities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
