We are seeking an experienced Global Supply Chain & Production Manager to oversee and optimize our supply chain operations and production processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building resilient supply chains and developing efficient operational processes to support our manufacturing.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement supply chain in India, with an established local supply team.
Develop world wide global supply chain philosophy based on Radas main interest
Support USA operation with extending current supply chain capabilities
Mange procurement of Radas major machinery, equipment and buildings modification
Coordinate and manage production sites establishment and local home markets strategies actions.

Proven experience (10+ years) in world wide supply chain management and production processes, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach.
Knowledge of global supply chain trends, technologies, and best practices.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
