Manage the end-to-end product certification process for EMC, Safety, Environmental (RoHS, REACH) and other regulatory requirements
Plan and execute global market access strategies, ensuring product compliance for key regions (EU, US, Canada, UK, etc.)
Interface with third-party TEST labs, notified bodies, and certification agencies.
Review and interpret applicable standards (IEC, EN, FCC, etc.) and provide guidance to R D during product design
Maintain technical files and ation to support self-declarations and external audits.
Coordinate internal pre-compliance testing and product readiness assessments.
Collaborate with supply chain and materials teams to ensure compliance of components (e.g., REACH SVHC, RoHS)
Support customer inquiries and provide documentation packages (DoC, CB reports, etc.)

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience in regulatory compliance, product certification, or related fields.
Strong understanding of global regulatory standards (CE, FCC, UL, CB Scheme, RoHS, etc.).
Experience working with TEST labs and certification bodies.
Familiarity with technical documentation: risk analysis, DoCs, technical files, etc.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Sufficient English (spoken and written)
