As a Senior Product Designer, you will be a key player in shaping the user experience of our cutting-edge platform. Your role will involve working closely with product and engineering teams to elevate our product and deliver a state-of-the-art experience for our users. You'll be at the forefront of transforming complex data into intuitive, user-friendly interfaces, making a direct impact on the quality of care provided to older adults.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop a deep understanding of our business, clients, users, and their needs.
Translate product requirements and concepts into wireframes, designs, and micro-copy, ensuring a focus on exceptional user experience.
Identify usability and design problems, providing creative, smart, and simple solutions for complex systems.
Lead the design of new features from concept to release, including creating product specs, process flows, wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Design marketing collateral and assets to engage potential clients and employees.

Experience: A Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field is required, accompanied by a strong online design portfolio showcasing web-based products and exceptional graphic design principles.
Your Playground: 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with B2B2C experience considered a plus, including expertise in user research and testing. Extensive experience in designing for web and mobile native applications, demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design principles. Proficient in design tools such as Figma, with additional experience in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping and design purposes.
End-to-End owner: Proven track record of leading product design processes from concept to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs. Skilled at collaborating with internal stakeholders, including product managers, engineers, and marketers, to deliver cohesive and impactful designs. Strong ability to balance design creativity with technical feasibility and business goals, ensuring practical and scalable outcomes.
User-Centric Innovator: Passionate about solving complex design challenges by creating simple and intuitive user experiences. Adept at identifying usability issues and crafting innovative solutions to address them effectively.
