Requirements:
Entrepreneurial spirit and readiness to take ownership as a co-founder.Deep domain knowledge and hands-on experience in AI/ML, SaaS, and algorithm-heavy platforms.Proven experience as a CTO / VP R&D in a startup or high-growth environment.Strong background in FinTech or InsurTechTrack record of building and scaling complex systems from scratch.Passion for product innovation, user-centric design, and solving real-world problems with technology.Hands-On leadership, both high-level strategy and hands-on coding in the early stages.Nice to HaveExperience to fraud detection, risk scoring, or compliance solutions.Experience integrating with financial services APIs, data providers, or underwriting systems.
