We're looking for an experienced Principal Threat Researcher to join our Identity Risk Research team. Reporting to the Director, Product Management, you'll be responsible for:
Researching and developing methodologies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats and risks across various data sources
Conducting in-depth entity based risk analysis to understand and quantify risks associated with users, assets and apps behaviors and activities
Providing actionable recommendations for responding and improving of policies and controls
Researching and developing methodologies and heuristics for effective alert triage and prioritization across various types and vendors
Researching and developing methodologies for identifying, assessing, and mitigating threats and risks across various data sources
Conducting in-depth entity based risk analysis to understand and quantify risks associated with users, assets and apps behaviors and activities
Providing actionable recommendations for responding and improving of policies and controls
Researching and developing methodologies and heuristics for effective alert triage and prioritization across various types and vendors
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in security research, threat analysis, security analysis, vulnerability researcher or a related role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and incident response
Experience with security tools and technologies, including SIEMs, XDR, SASE, CIEM and IAM
Extensive experience in analyzing logs from various security products across multiple domains, identifying patterns and highlighting threats leveraging AI and machine learning
5+ years of experience in security research, threat analysis, security analysis, vulnerability researcher or a related role
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus
Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, threat detection, and incident response
Experience with security tools and technologies, including SIEMs, XDR, SASE, CIEM and IAM
Extensive experience in analyzing logs from various security products across multiple domains, identifying patterns and highlighting threats leveraging AI and machine learning
