We're looking for an experienced Backend Engineer to join our Engineering team. Reporting to Manager, Software Engineering, you'll be responsible for:

Developing and maintaining high-quality, scalable backend services within a microservices architecture using Java /Spring Boot and Python & participate in design from scratch to production
Delivering high quality features for our high-scale web environment
Monitoring the performance and cost of the services in production
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to improve our technology stack and development processes
Integrating with other team members (backend/frontend/product/UX) & mentoring junior engineers and sharing your expertise with the team

Requirements:
5+ years of experience with Java/ Spring boot developing SaaS application.
Proficiency in microservices environment, including experience with AWS, Kubernetes
Experience with message brokers and queues, such as RabbitMQ or Amazon SQS, for asynchronous communication between services.
B.Sc. in Computer Science or a related field
