Sr. Security Product Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager to lead the development and enhancement of our Endpoint Protection Platform (EPP). This platform includes Next Generation Anti-Virus (NGAV) to guard against ransomware, exploits, and malware; Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR) for real-time threat identification and mitigation; as well as Device Control, Personal Firewall, and more.

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for defining the product vision and strategy, managing the roadmap, and ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. You will play a pivotal role in translating complex technical challenges into clear, actionable requirements that drive product success.

In this position you will:

Strategic Vision: Explore the problem space, interact with customers and stakeholders, and develop a comprehensive product vision and strategy. Own the product roadmap and ensure it aligns with company priorities.
Product Planning: Define and prioritize business problems to solve, and manage the end-to-end process from problem definition to solution delivery.
Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate with internal teams, including R&D, product marketing, and sales teams, to ensure clarity and alignment across all stages of product development.
Customer and Market Engagement: Engage with customers to understand their needs, conduct usability tests, and gather feedback to enhance product usability and effectiveness.
Business Metrics: Monitor and report on key metrics such as revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction to assess product performance and drive improvements.
Innovation and Simplification: Bridge the gap between technical solutions and user-friendly designs, fostering innovation while simplifying complex technical problems for effective implementation.
