5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
Deep understanding of the AI landscape - you stay current on trends, tools, and emerging players in generative AI and know how to evaluate and apply the right solutions.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and shipping products from ideation to launch.
Strong strategic thinking - you see the big picture and connect the dots across user needs, business goals, and technology.
Data-savvy mindset with the ability to analyze metrics, define success, and make informed decisions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills - you can rally a room and keep teams aligned.
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid iteration - this is a startup-like environment within a scale-up company.
Demonstrated experience working closely with senior leadership and management on strategic initiatives and high-impact projects.
Bonus: Experience working in marketplaces, creator tools, or AI-native products.
BA/MA/BSc/MSc in a relevant field.
