We are looking for this special someone who thrives under pressure with a high attention to detail. They should demonstrate excellent organizational, exceptional multitasking, and teamwork skills, as well as having experience with complex negotiations.
What am I going to do?
Global indirect purchasing focal point: Plan, execute, and manage the end-to-end procurement process
Manages relationships with local & abroad key suppliers to achieve high-quality performance, on-time delivery, and cost optimization
Conduct market research and source new services and suppliers
Day-to-day vendor management
Provide excellent service to the relevant departments
Work independently and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
Manage complex legal contracts, ensuring compliance and mutual benefit
What am I going to do?

Requirements:
At least 4 years of experience in a global indirect procurement role
Exceptional negotiation skills and experience working with cross-functional teams
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent)
Outstanding service orientation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel for analysis and reporting
Highly self-motivated with strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Netsuite)
Collaborative team player eager to contribute to the teams success
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew & English - mandatory
Strong understanding of IT environments (physical infrastructure, SaaS, etc.)- an advantage
Experience in project management- an advantage
