We are seeking a skilled and passionate Frontend Team Lead to play a key role in developing an innovative IoT product and web platform. In this role, you will collaborate closely with product managers and backend teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for crafting intuitive and responsive user interfaces while ensuring optimal performance and seamless real-time interactions. Collaborate with product, mobile and backend teams
Take ownership on delivery and quality of software products
The Team lead should be about 80% hands on.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in computer science (CS), or relevant area.
A minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Front End Developer.
At least 2 years as Team lead
At least 4 years of experience with JavaScript & TypeScript
At least 2 years of experience with React
Experience with real-time streaming (Web Sockets, MQTT) and graph libraries an advantage
Experience with browser performance optimizations
Experience with agile development methodologies
Experience with code quality tools like lint, unit testing etc.
Experience in continuous delivery, A/B testing, feature flagging etc. an advantage
Experience in working with micro-frontend applications an advantage
Strong spoken and written English
Experience working for a global company
