As a GIS Analyst, you will apply your analytical and GIS expertise to address both internal and customer requests effectively. This role is analytical and delivery-oriented, encompassing tasks such as creating and verifying data accuracy, developing automation workflows, and managing comprehensive GIS projects to uphold highest standards consistently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Analyze incoming GIS data and integrate it effectively through platforms.
Create and verify accuracy on geographical datasets, resolving any inconsistencies.
Deliver accurate reports to customers and internal teams.
Independently handle tasks from initial request to final report delivery.
Directly engaged with customers to understand their use cases and develop innovative, tailored solutions.
Develop automation workflows to improve data delivery efficiency.
Manage GIS-related projects and conduct necessary research.
Collaborate with Product, Sales, R&D, SE, and Global Support teams.
Manage, monitor, and QA projects handled by Data Entry teams.

Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience with GIS software (ArcGIS, QGIS, or similar) - A Must.
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets) or Microsoft Office - A Must.
Familiarity with GIS platforms and databases (e.g., ESRI, OSM).
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve GIS-related issues independently. Strong problem-solving skills
Attention to detail.
Motivated team player comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Experience with SQL, R, or Python - Advantage.
