What you'll be doing:
Overview and Optimize the ideation process for our creatives in sync with other producers and designers.
Constantly explore new creative approaches and marketing trends to stay ahead.
Creative tests: Track the testing methodologies and constantly optimize to improve our process internally.
Collaborate with growth teams to successfully integrate high-performing creatives into primary campaigns.
Oversee market research activities to track industry trends and competitor activities. Utilize data insights to guide the team's creative decision-making process.
Visualizing creative test results for designers and Managers Partner effectively with our Creative and User Acquisition teams to help drive millions of users DAILY all around the world.
Analyze game performance data to identify opportunities for creative improvements that align with business objectives. Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
What we're looking for:
Fluent in English.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in a creative marketing or market research role within the mobile gaming industry.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
A creative and innovative mindset, coupled with a keen understanding of the intersection between business objectives and creative content.
Familiarity with social media platforms and advertising trends.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
