Responsibilities:
Lead the Platform Groups roadmap, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and industry trends in big data solutions and platform engineering.
Evaluate technical solutions in collaboration with platform engineers and architects, ensuring alignment with both business and technical objectives.
Work closely with internal stakeholdersincluding DevOps, data engineers, and development teams in Israel and Polandto prioritize features, optimize workflows, and refine platform requirements.
Drive initiatives to enhance Developer Experience, including internal tools, SDKs, APIs, and documentation, ensuring the platform is intuitive and effective for developers and data professionals.
Foster external communication and engagement to grow and support the platform's user community.

A proactive, collaborative mindset, with empathy for developers and a passion for community engagement.
Strong critical thinking skills to evaluate and prioritize technological solutions based on business impact.

Solid understanding of cloud architecture and platform engineering concepts such as FinOps, CI/CD, Kubernetes (K8s), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and developer portals.
5+ years of experience in product management roles, preferably in mid-to-large startups.
