What you'll be doing:
Lead a team of Android developers in a team that will be working on innovative products.
Team Unification and Leadership: Fostering a unified culture and encouraging collaboration. Establish clear communication channels and set shared goals to ensure the team's collective vision aligns with project objectives.
Innovation and Development Excellence: Lead the team in developing innovative features and improvements for the system app, ensuring the product consistently enhances device functionality. Promote a culture of creativity and exploration, encouraging team members to experiment with new ideas and technologies.
Technical Guidance and Best Practices: Implement and enforce coding standards, testing protocols, and agile methodologies to maintain high-quality development practices. Provide technical mentorship, guiding team members in building scalable and efficient solutions that align with industry best practices.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with system engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to align development efforts with business goals. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to ensure the app's features meet user needs and strategic objectives.
Performance Evaluation and Growth: Regularly assess team performance, providing constructive feedback and identifying areas for improvement. Foster an environment of continuous learning and professional growth, offering opportunities for team members to enhance their skills and advance their careers.

Requirements:

4+ years of experience in Android development.
2+ years of experience in team management.
Strong understanding of OOP concepts and design.
Experience in Kotlin.
Experience in Agile development, including CI, CD and automated testing.
