We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Platform Engineer to take ownership of our critical infrastructure, ensuring scalability, cost-effectiveness, and high performance. As a Platform Engineer, you will:
Own and evolve our critical architecture infrastructure, ensuring it is robust and scalable
Optimize cost-effectiveness while maintaining high availability and reliability.
Champion best practices in infrastructure management, automation, and deployment.
Drive engineering excellence and improve team velocity.
Think creatively to solve complex engineering challenges and introduce technological innovations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams through open discussions, design reviews, and code reviews.
Develop and enhance microservices and internal infrastructure tools.
As a Platform Engineer, you will:

Requirements:
3+ years in managing platform engineers teams.
Expertise in modern programming languages, such as Python, C#, Java, Scala, Kotlin, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
Strong understanding of infrastructure code, SOLID principles, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
Experience working on large-scale cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Proficiency in DevOps practices and monitoring cloud-based services.
Hands-on experience in Agile environments with CI/CD pipelines.
Experience in high-growth startup environments, with a mindset for scalability and efficiency.
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Kafka, Spark, and OpenSearch.
