In this position, you will:
Provide maintenance of site automation as required (Managing spare parts, automated systems,- Conveyors, and all other equipment within the scope of supply of KNAPP and as per the service contract agreement).
- Professional and personal management of ~15 technicians.
- Work with multiple interfaces within the organization and customer, in a dynamic setting.
- Implement site quality procedures, safety procedures, and any statutory procedures.
- Appreciate Health Safety considerations of given tasks and carry out risk assessments.
- Maintain quality of service by ensuring effective communication work processes with the customer.

Requirements:
- Experience in managing maintenance teams with 10+ employees, including team-leaders.
- Experience in managing processes and KPIs.
- Education in Electricity/Electronics/Mechanics (BSC or practical engineer)
- Electrical certified license advantage.
- Proactive approach, experience in initiating and leading processes and changes.
- Excellent command of English spoken and written.
