looking for a Growth Manager who will be a part of the Marketing Department and works cross-functionally with multiple departments, including design, content, product, product marketing, sales, customer success, engineering, and data.

Responsibilities:
Manage, optimize and scale paid search activity on Google Search.
Support other acquisition channels: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and more.
Manage paid campaigns end of end, including budgets, bids, account structure, keywords, ad copy, landing page, creatives, conversion optimization, and more.
Develop paid media plans for specific product lines.
Responsible for launching SEO initiatives with our SEO expert.
Promote partnerships and other growth opportunities.
Improve conversion rates from various marketing assets: website, landing pages etc.

Requirements:
2 years of experience leading and managing ppc campaigns.
Working experience with platforms such as Google Analytics.
Autodidact: Highly skilled self-learner, eager to master new concepts independently, naturally analytic, and curious.
People-person with strong interpersonal skills who can work as part of a team.
Able to manage several cross-team projects.
Outstanding Excel & data analysis skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.).
Hands-on experience with Hotjar, WordPress advantage.
