We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to join our growing team and contribute to the UX and UI design across key areas of our product. We're searching for a talented designer who is curious, collaborative, empathetic, and eager to make a real impact. Someone who loves great design, but prioritizes user experience above all. Youll work closely with product managers, developers, and other designers to craft thoughtful and user-centered solutions in a complex, fast-moving industry ready for disruption.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate closely with designers, product managers, and developers to translate requirements into elegant, practical design solutions.
Design end-to-end product experiences, from initial concepts to final UI.
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs using tools like Figma and Miro.
Help maintain and evolve our design system for consistency and scalability across the product.
Participate in user research activities and apply insights to your design process.
Contribute to a positive and supportive design culture, giving and receiving constructive feedback.

6+ years of experience in product design, working on complex B2B or professional tools must.
Experience designing for both web and mobile platforms must.
Proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma and Miro must.
Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and UX best practices.
Excellent communication skills and fluency in English must.
Experience working in cross-functional teams, preferably in SaaS or tech startups advantage.
Familiarity with design systems and component-based design advantage.
A self-starter, team player, and passionate about solving real user problems through design.
Experience in construction tech or companies using AI advantage.
