Hardware R&D Team lead

We are looking for a Hardware R&D Team Lead who embodies ambition and positivity, who can passionately take ownership of their responsibilities, collaborating effectively with remote teams to not only meet but exceed our objectives and fulfill the evolving needs of our expanding customer base.

The hardware development team spans two global sites one in Tel Aviv and one in Copenhagen. The two teams work seamlessly together across projects, and we try to foster an open dialogue to foster creativity and commitment. The hardware team is responsible for all hardware within QM spanning from room-temperature control hardware to our cryogenic QPU carriers.

Quantum Machines has recently started working in a matrix organization, with the project management office leading the projects, and the team leaders being responsible for developing and recruiting the right talent for the projects and leading the technical direction for the teams.

Responsibilities

Develop the hardware for the company's Computing control and packaging systems.
Develop, test and introduce to production QMs hardware.
Lead the technical aspects of the hardware development from design to production.
Promote high standards of hardware producibility through design for manufacturing, test, and assembly.
