Server Team Leader

As a leader of the server development team, you'll be responsible for designing and building backend systems and game features. This includes everything from databases to server logic, network communication, client-backend logic, and more. Youll work closely with other developers and designers to meet the demands of the fast-paced mobile games industry. If you are an experienced and self-taught person who is willing to pursue technical challenges in the course of developing gaming server systems, then this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the server development team in designing, implementing, and maintaining scalable backend systems for mobile games.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including game designers, client developers, and product managers, to deliver high-quality game features.
Ensure backend systems are optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability.
Oversee the full development lifecycle, from technical design to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Monitor production performance and proactively respond to any anomalies discovered by our NOC team, ensuring minimal disruption to live services.
Conduct code reviews, mentor team members, and promote best practices for server-side development.
Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive continuous improvement.
