We are seeking a Monetization Art Team Leadץ
Responsibilities:
Lead and own, mutually with the Monetization team, the creative concepts and flow that will support our growth and monetization efforts.
Manage the team and the workflow of ongoing tasks, determine the design tone for the monetization department, and collaborate with the department director in making decisions regarding strategies and features.
Take a significant part in shaping visual language and communications
Create various designs for the Monetization team and help us engage players in creative & inspiring ways.
Responsible for Design elements and assets: Popups, game info pages, logos, while maintaining the brand's language, able to work in a team
Produce quality assets in a high-paced environment.

Requirements:
Who are you?
At least 2 year of experience in the gaming industry as a Monetization Artist -Must.
UI elements Placing and designing - A must.
Understanding of rendered casual style.
A creative team player that likes to brainstorm & work in a team.
Strong design, color, composition abilities.
Strong understanding of typography and hierarchies.
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsible and able to manage your time independently.
You will get bonus for -
Understanding of illustration pipeline.
