You will work on high-performance edge applications and sensors that collect data from customer VMs and containers using cutting-edge cloud and edge computing technologies. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate across teams and contribute to the evolution of cloud-based infrastructure.
What will you do?
Develop edge applications for cloud environments, primarily using Go and Scala.
Design and maintain sensors that collect operational data from customer VMs and containers using Go and eBPF.
Manage the deployment of edge servers and sensors in customer environments, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting.
Collaborate with internal teams and field engineers to ensure seamless integration and deployment of applications and sensors.
Use tools like Helm charts, Terraform, and GitOps to automate and manage deployments in cloud environments.
3-5 years of experience in edge application or sensor development (with expertise in Go and Scala).
Extensive knowledge with eBPF, Kubernetes, Helm charts, Terraform, and GitOps.
Hands-on experience with at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud networking concepts (API Gateways, Service Mesh).
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, particularly with distributed systems and cloud infrastructure.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and customer environments.
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
