Were looking for a Product Designer with a strong UX Research focus to help build and scale our UX team from the ground up. This role is a rare opportunity to define the user experience for a cutting-edge API security platform, working alongside industry leaders in cybersecurity.

What You'll Do
Lead user research initiatives, including usability testing, to uncover user needs and pain points.
Translate insights and requirements into intuitive design solutions through wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs.
Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and writers to define and refine product requirements.
Evolve and maintain our design system for consistency and scalability.
Advocate for UCD across the company, influencing product strategy and development.
Contribute to the growth and development of the UX team, shaping design culture and best practices.

Requirements:
3+ years of experience as a Product Designer in a B2B SaaS environment (cybersecurity experience is a plus).
Expertise in UX research methodologies, including usability testing.
Strong proficiency in Figma and a portfolio showcasing your design thinking and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Comfort in a fast-paced startup environment, balancing speed and quality.
Experience leveraging Generative AI to optimize UX workflows and accelerate design cycles.
Experience designing AI-powered products is a huge plus.
