We are looking for a React Python team leader to lead a hybrid team of local and remote developers in building scalable, microservices-based applications for both cloud and on-premises environments. The ideal candidate has strong expertise in React ( frontend ), Python ( backend ), Kubernetes, and cloud platforms, along with proven team management experience across both remote and local teams.

Requirements:
5+ years of experience in Full-Stack development with React and Python.
2+ years of experience leading a hybrid team (both remote and local developers), including mentoring and performance management.
Experience with Django, FastAPI, or Flask ( backend ) and Redux, TypeScript, or Next.js ( frontend ).
Strong knowledge of microservices, RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and event-driven architecture.
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Excellent communication, leadership, and agile project management skills to manage both onsite and remote team members effectively.
