The Senior Biology Researcher will lead R&D activities related to molecular farming, including: Genetic engineering of plants Lab-scale protein expression and analysis Development and execution of experimental protocols Cross-functional collaboration with downstream and computational teams Mentoring junior researchers and managing scientific progress.

Requirements:
Qualifications:
Ph.D. in Molecular Biology, Plant Science, Biotechnology, or related field. Strong lab experience in molecular biology, protein biochemistry, and/or plant transformation.
Familiarity with bioinformatics tools.
Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary research projects. Experience in foodtech/biotech industry an advantage.
Experience mentoring or managing teams an advantage.
Project management skills an advantage.
