We are an exciting startup company that is aiming to disrupt the hydrogen production industry by the development of a unique water electrolysis process. As part of our fast growth, we are looking for a motivated and talented experienced Mechanical Engineer with expertise in Plastic Design and Manufacturing Technologies

Key Responsibilities
Act as main Plastic Technologies Expert.
Design and development of products and processes from prototypes to mass production. Mainly hydrogen pressure vessel with electro-chemical challenges.
Seek new manufacturing technologies to improve performance and cost.
Improve parts and systems through scaling up on quantities and sizes.
Cost analysis of future systems.
Design, qualify, document, and validate the parts, assemblies, release to production and service.

Requirements:
Requirements:
Industrial Design or BSc.in Mechanical Engineering, higher degree an advantage.
Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in plastic design and manufacturing.
Experience in CAD programs: SolidWorks, Inventor or similar.
Fluent in Hebrew and English.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Hands On approach and capabilities.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in one or more of the fields: Electrochemistry, Electromechanics, High pressure sealing solutions, Piping, NPI, Mold design, fluid mechanics.
Understanding and knowledge of common regulations and standards.
